Knife Sharpening

Care must be taken to ensure the knife is kept sharpened and always re-sharpened after every use.

Using a marker put a fine line on both sides of the cutting the edge.
Invert the 911 rescue tool and using a ceramic rod or speedy sharp tool stroke the sharpening device from heel to toe until the line on each side is removed.

The knife is now ready to be placed back into service.
